Period 1-2 Listening and Speaking

Teaching aims:

1. To instruct the students in some knowledge about the dreams during our sleep

and Charles Dickens’ works in the listening materials.

2.To develop the students’ listening ability by listening to the given passage.

3. To train the students’ speaking ability by discussing the topic of the responsibilities of business people towards both their employees and their customers.

Important and difficult points:

1) Training the students to get the specific information about the passage while listening.

2)  Helping the students to understand how to express themselves when they discuss about the given topic.
