could never have done决不可能做过某事
1）He couldn’t have gone abroad , as I saw him just now.
他不可能出国了，因为我刚才看见过他。
2）Could he have told her the news? 他可能告诉她这消息了吗？

1) should / ought to have done 表示“本来应该做某事，但事实上并没有做”
We should / ought to have lent him the money, but we didn’t.
2)shouldn’t have done表示“本来不应该做某事，但事实上做了”
She shouldn’t have told a tie to her mother.
3)must have done 表示“过去一定做了某事”
