How to protect our eyesight
Nowadays, a lot of students wear glasses because we are shortsighted.Why are such many students shortsighted?
There are many reasons. Many students read books that is too close to their eyes; many students read books in dim lights; many students read for long time with no time to relax their eyes. What should we do to avoid shortsightedness?
Firstly, we should read in bright light to protecting our eyes. Secondly, if our eyes are aching, doing some eye exercises can relieve our eyes' pains. Final, we'd better to get more sleep so that our eyes can get more rest.
For the saying goes, eyes are the windows to our soul. If we follow the methods mentioning above, we can surely have good eyesight.

However, comparing with man, nature is certainly more powerful.
