Separate trails lead down to South Beach and the Campground.

There are several trails that traverse Tillamook Head at Ecola State Park, but the Clatsop Loop Hike takes top honor for its breathtaking cliffside views and quiet forested paths. Take the seaside trail from Indian Beach to the Hikers Camp, then take the forested path back. If you really want to take up the challenge, you can also hike the backside of Ecola for an additional 4 miles (one way) to a trailhead at the seaside.
