We want your boarding experience to go smoothly.Below are some tips to help you get ready to board your flight.
Arrive at the gate early
You'll need to spare enough time to make your way to the boarding gate. Your boarding pass will tell you when the boarding will start and end. We recommend being at the boarding gate 30 minutes before the takeoff to ensure that you're on the flight before the doors are closed. To help ensure an ontime flight, all customers must be on board 15 minutes before the scheduled takeoff time.
Find your seat and put your carryon bags away
You're almost ready to take flight. Once you find your seat, place your larger carryon bags in the overhead compartment (隔间) above your row and your smaller bags under the seat in front of you, which is left particularly for people to store their personal items.
VIP Access
If you'd like to be among the first to board and get settled in, consider applying for the VIP Access. In addition to priority (优先权) boarding, you'll also enjoy the convenience of specialized airport checkin lines and security passages at airports.
Preboarding
Preboarding is available to these customers: alone children who are under 16, customers with disabilities, uniformed members of the U．S. Army, families traveling with children aged two or younger and the United Global Services members.
