专题技能突破(23) 写作之应用文——建议信
【技能讲解】 建议信是写信人向收信人对某事提出的建议和忠告。信的内容要包括写信的原因、建议的内容、提出建议的理由等。一般由三段构成：第一段，表面写作意图。陈述事由，简单自我介绍；第二段，首先肯定对方的优点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出合理建议，一定要注意语气，要彬彬有礼而不能过于强硬；第三段，做出总结，表达祝愿。
