Step II Reading
Lead the students to review Skills building 3 to prepare for the following writing and then ask the students to read the article on page 109 and analyze how it is developed.
T: In Skills building 3, we learned how to organize information into different sections. Any volunteer to tell us the skill of organizing information about a person?
S: When we want to write about a person, we usually divide the article into three sections: introduction, body and conclusion. In the first part introduction, we can tell the reader who we are going to write about and why we are writing about him / her; In the second part body we can write some details about the person such as his / her appearance, what he / she did and how he / she became successful. In the last part, we generally tell the important result of his / her deeds and what people think about him or her.
T: Excellent! Please read the article on page 109 and analyze how it is developed.
Students read the article and a few minutes later, ask some of them to show their answers on the screen.

Step III Writing
After they know how to write an article to describe a person, they are asked to describe Tianyi, who took part in the Web Page Design Composition and won the first prize. The students can divide the information into three parts and then begin to write it.
