More Chinese students have been confirmed as having contracted A/H1N1 influenza as classes resume after the summer break.

Health authorities in east China's Zhejiang Province confirmed nine more cases of A/H1N1 influenza had been reported by Thursday in Qianjiang College of Zhejiang Normal University, bringing the total of confirmed cases in the college to 16. All patients are in stable condition.
